We are very excited to announce the opening of 5 brand new Luxury Suites for the dogs out there who are used to all the creature comforts of a home. Complete with air-conditioning, LCD televisions, luxury beds, pet-potties and patios with private grassed yards, your pampered pooch will enjoy a true home away from home getaway! In addition to the comfortable surrounds we guarantee your pet will receive extra care and attention as each luxury suite receives playtime with one of our dedicated staff both morning and afternoon in one of our full sized grassed exercise yards, playing ball, chasey or just having lots of kisses and cuddles. As a bonus for luxury suite guests, we are more than happy to accept one of your pets favourite toys for playtime however we suggest not their most favourite as their suite companion may also play with it or it may get dirty in the outdoor play yard. We will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage of toys. For pets staying in the luxury suites, we are also happy to administer any necessary medication and prepare any special dietary requirements for your pet at no extra charge. All you need to do is supply us with the medication or favourite food of you pet's choice. Alternatively, we provide a tasty and nutrious meal using the vet recommended 'Royal Canin Complete Diet' premium dry biscuits in the morning and spoil your pet with special treat in the afternoon (kong with mince, pigs ear or rawhide bone). Senior food is also available. Luxury suites are not for everydog, and additional terms and conditions apply. To see if your dog may be suitable for luxury stay, below is a quick questionnaire to be used as a guide only. Standard rate is $50.00 per dog per day. Over peak seasons (Christmas/New Year & Easter) the rate is $75.00 per dog per day and minimum 10 day stay. Christmas Peak Season this year runs from the 17 Dec 2011 to 3 January 2012. Y / N My dog stays inside when I go out... Y / N My dog plays nicely with other dogs... Y / N My dog has been desexed... Y / N My dog is older than 12 months... Y / N My dog doesn't chew or destroy anything other than toys... Y / N If you answer no to any of these questions your dog may not be suitable for luxury suites however please call our friendly staff to discuss your pet's situation. *** NOTE: If your dog destroys anything in the suite, does not play nicely with any other dog or constantly marks their territory, we reserve the right to move them to the standard kennels. The standard kennel rate will be applied from the day following the move to standard kennels and the balance will be credited to your account for future stays. Credits will not be awarded for stays over the peak season if it is the first time your dog has stayed in the luxury suites. We therefore suggest a trial stay prior to booking over the peak season to determine if your pet is suitable for a luxury stay. We still however reserve the right to move your pet on the above grounds should their behaviour over the peak season differ from previous stays. In this instance, the standard kennel rate will be applied from the day following the move, plus an additional $100 loss of booking fee.
